Charli Palmer and Charlie Trotter
Chef Charlie palmer is an American cuisine chef. He grew up attending his family gardens with growing up and using fresh food which always made him prefer farm over factory food. Is really great to see just by tending gardens can inspire someone to cook and with deeply flavorful food. He worked his way up while working under other chefs and led one restaurant he worked at to a 3 star rating which gained him attention. With the attention it encouraged him to open up; his own restaurants. He is a really great chef especially in the cuisine he cooks and the flavors he bring to the food. He has received many awards for his great cooking skills and being a great chef.
When studying Charlie Trotter it was very interesting a surprising. He did not attend culinary school and did not cook while he was young like most chefs. He actually didn’t know his passion to cook until the help of his roommate who loved to cook. He …show more content…
Such as Chef Palmer grew up and was inspired to become a chef and went to school for culinary, but chef Trotter was not inspired to become a chef until he went to college for something else and found out he was more passion it about cooking because of his roommate who loved to cook. One thing that I see that they have in common is they both have made cooking books and do cooking shows. They are both great chefs and both bring different but wonderful cooking skills to the table. Such as Chef Palmer is American Cuisine with deep flavoring which makes his so unique from other different American cuisine food. Chef Trotter on the other hand does bend of Asian modern cuisine. Chef Trotter is in Chicago IL which he does have a restaurant. Chef Palmer is in New York City he has restaurants in New York but also other places in the United States. He also has wine shops around the world
