Introduction Charlie and also the Chocolate Factory (2005) is a adventure movie directed through Tim Burton and an adaption from the 1964 children’s book from the same title by Roald Dahl. The owner, Willy Wonka hid 5 golden seats in their Wonka dark chocolate bars. The fortunate finders from the golden ticket is going to be invited to go to the chocolate factory with one member of the family. Among the five will win an eternity supply associated with chocolates along with a special solution prize. The five kids who earn golden seats present various personality characteristics and conduct, as nicely as their members of the family. In this movie, Willy Wonka did not communicated well with the candidates during the recruitment and selection process (37:00-1:34:00). And also it proves the owner developed an ignorance on the 4 kids instead of knowing them more. Somehow, it shows that the owner, Willy Wonka has failed to establishing the future relationship with the 4 kids that eliminated.. But there is no best approach when it comes to recruitment and selection because it depends on the types and generation of the candidates that the organization required. However, these approaches would not help the organizations to eliminate the problem in recruitment and selection process but at least, they will minimise or reduce the risk of not getting the unfit candidates into the workforce. Since service industry is involved of people, the behaviour of the people towards the jobs will constantly change over a period of time.
