For my sales internship, I am working in Charles Tyrwhitt, which is a multi-channel British menswear retailer specializing in formal men’s wear.
History
Nicholas Charles Tyrwhitt Wheeler starts his business in 1986, while he was still a student at Bristol University. Charles Tyrwhitt was originally a mail order company. The main purpose for opening this industry is that Wheeler thinks that he can produce the finest formal shirts for gentleman. Therefore, he starts this business by making shirts. The customers are mostly the people who work in office or they need to be dress properly during their work.
