This semester, I am fortunate to have experience 2 separate student observation one at the Fountain, and the other at Charles D Wyche Elementary Mrs. Garcia’ classroom. Both, I observed fourth graders and the experience were very positive. The teacher was very helpful and supportive at Charles D Wyche, the instructor granted me permission to observe her writing Class which on Monday, 17 2017 this was quite thelearning experience. Within the first five minutes of class, students were asked to write in their journals. This is a daily activity for them. Before diving into the lesson the teacher reviewed the overall goals, objection and expectations. Her lesson focused on improving her students writing fluency, writing accuracy, and sentence structure.

As she began her lesson, the Instructor moved freely about the room making eye contact with all students, asked questions of numerous students – some volunteered, others were asked to respond by the instructor – continually asking if students needed help with the problems, whether they understand how the answer was determined before moving on to the next topic. She had great teaching styles but I count help notice that the Classroom environment is stale, boring, lacks any décor that would be motivating to students. She demonstrates many cool strategies to meet the maximum potential of all her student. She especial used an extraordinary graphic organizer help build her students writing skill, the "paragraph hamburger" is a writing organizer that visually outlines the key components of a paragraph. Topic sentence, detail sentences, and closing sentences are the main elements of a good paragraph, and each one forms a different "piece" of the hamburger. The instructor also ensured that cooperative learning would take place in the class by having students share their thinking in large and small
