Comparing "Charles" and "Miss Awful"
"You may not be able to control someone's negative behavior, but you can control how long you participate in it." "Charles" and "Miss Awful" are two similar stories, but they do have their differences. In this essay I'm going to be comparing and contrasting the setting, characters, and the theme.
The settings are pretty much the same. They both take place at home and at school. At certain times of the day, both of the kids go home. Then, they come back to school. The kids arn't in the same grade though. One is in kindergarten and the other one is in third grade. Both setting have a lot of similarities.
The characters in Charles are mom, dad, Laurie, "Charles", and the girl. The characters in Miss Awful are
