In my spare time, I volunteer for two nonprofit organizations. My empathy, experiences as a child, and the known struggles of my environment, gave me the passion for acting on issues plaguing my community. Knowing firsthand the economic struggles many faces in the Bronx, in particular, children, a group from different community boards in the Bronx and myself came together and formed the nonprofit organization called Community Boards Athletic Leadership League (CBALL). CBALL was created to keep children off the streets, mold community leaders, expose children to college and job development.
