The concept of authority is the power that is delegated formally. It includes the right to command a situation, commit resources, give orders and expect people to be obeyed. In general, there are three main types authority in this world, they are Charismatic authority, Traditional authority and Legal-rational authority. This essay will focus on Charismatic authority and Traditional authority, and try to give a brief explain about the concept of both Charismatic authority and Traditional authority. This is a typical example of Charismatic authority. First of all, the Milosevic is a former president of Serbia and Yugoslavia.
