“Heroism feels and never reasons, and therefore is always right” stated Ralph Emerson. That quote describes what soldiers did during war. They never reasoned or questioned about what they were doing. They did not care that they had hundreds of more people than them. Soldiers have courage and heroism and they do not question their given orders. The light brigade showed multitudes acts of courage and heroism. They go to war even if they are out numbered and even if they don't have the great weapons the Russians have. They had cannons left and right, while the brigade only had sabres. In Tennyson’s poem “The Charge of the Light Brigade” it states, “ Cannon to the right of them, Cannon to the left of them, Cannon to the front of them.”
