On Saturday 09/03/2016 at approximately 1939 hours, Security Staff was informed by Security Operation Center (SOC) of a code (54) Missing or Eloped Patient, from 5 east tower. Security Officers Ariel Weiland and Supervisor Steven Evans responded to the call. I, Steven Evans met with Charge Nurse Tanya Smith and I was given a description of a missing male patient, Michael DABROWSKI (DOB: 12/9/1959) who left his room at about 1900 hours. Security Officers Ariel Weiland, Jason Peterman and I, Steven Evans then began a search of the entire hospital parking lots. Patient was not found and I returned to the unit to inform the Charge Nurse. The patient was not a Baker Act patient. All cleared at 2000 hours, nothing further to
