One of the best techniques I saw was working on packets together which would really help me because I like hands on learning.
Dispenser of supplies, and giving special privileges was all I really noticed. The school I was at supplied bells for the classrooms. I would like to do all of these because I am so ready to just run a classroom where I control the environment completely.

I did spot certain students that did contribute to the group more often than others. Sometimes though the students who tend to answer every question are the ones who take away from the real learning of the class. As a teacher I would make sure every student got a chance to make their voice heard.

One of the major things I noticed observing my school, in the matters of actually being in the school was that our school really has a lot of different personalities. What I found with the students in the Government class that I observed is that they were all very well behaved, mostly due to the connection to the election upcoming. This drew a real world situation into the actual lesson almost on a daily basis. In the Psychology class I observed though it was a different story. I honestly do not feel like the students were nearly as interested as the students in government, and I believe it is because Psychology lessons are hard to design around real world scenarios on a constant

Identifying needs When teaching nails is very practical work and it takes time to master it some times learners find it difficult to understand the step by step so I will have to identify my students need and see if they are struggling or not understanding so I might need to change my tactic or spend some one on one time with that student so I can meet the students needs. Ground rules Stabilising ground rules at the beginning of the course is very important making the students create their own rules and have a discussion of the the ground rules that will be set in the class room, they will be rules that as a teacher I will have to apply and what I would expect the student to know that is non negotiable like been racist, discriminating been judgmental.
