A leader I respect and think highly of is Adalia Rose. She has progeria, which causes her to rapidly age. As a young girl, she was confident and brave. Many people give up on their dreams when obstacles interfere. Adalia Rose did not give up on her dreams. She continues to live life with a positive attitude and does not let her own medical condition get in the way. She has already exceeded expectations in life, which is what leaders are made to achieve. A leader will trek onward, through obstacles and negative feedback. A leader may become dejected, angry, or stressed, but they will never quit. A leader will exceed everyone’s expectations. Adalia Rose did all of these things. She is also an inspiration to me because she inspires me to eliminate
