Married for life. What does that phrase make you feel? Trapped, or secure? For some, marriage is little more than a romantic promise and a legal agreement. But promises for them can be broken. People who view marriage this way find it quite easy to give up on their marriage when things go wrong. Nerveless even when in our world of changing standards, marriage is no longer held in high esteem, many people consider it a perfect union. What a difference that make in a marriage! A sincere apology can remove a possible future cause for conflict and do the way for real forgiveness and a solution to the problem. Because all of us are imperfect, misunderstandings and differences are inevitable. Often, however, a successful marriage depends of how we show humility and honesty in face of any problem or disagreement. Therefore, one of the most essential skills in marriage is the ability to resolve disagreements in a loving way, for love binds everything together in perfect harmony. Many conflicts arise because marriage mates pridefully try to blame their partners for problems instead of humbly seeking ways to make things better for each other. Humility, and honesty can help you suppress the urge to insist on being right in a disagreement and accept any mistake. Those qualities are quickest route to resolve a difference because it moves you to say, ‘I’m sorry and help a married person focus on the strengths of his or her mate. The birth of a baby can be both thrilling and overwhelming for a couple. As new parents, you may be surprised to find that most of your time and energy will be used to care for your baby. Lack of sleep along with emotional changes can put a strain on your relationship. Both you and your mate will have to make adjustments to care for your baby, raise him and to preserve your marriage. Parents must to give their children proper guidance and care. Simply having children does not make one a skilled parent. Parents often bring up their children the way they themselves were brought up. Thus, argument and differences can be between both parents. As good parents, give your children verbal and physical expressions of your love for them and do this often. Always remember that love builds up, so provide assurance of your love. Spend time with your children, this will help you to communicate with them. The more you communicate, the better you will discern how their personality is developing. Remember, parents have to develop the art of listening with the heart, then your children will share their feeling with you. Parents must be a good teachers and discipline at time their children. Discipline is training that corrects the mind and heart. Children need it constantly.
