There are a difference between the qualities of the Director or Chairman, and Commander or leader qualities. Qualities of the Director are derived from self and society, and law. Where the leader traits are additionally required some personal talent and fungal foot, otherwise not required in Director. The capacity of creativity and flexibility with General conditions, and multiple sclerosis to walk into target and waive the General cause molecules to another, must be available on the leader, while the Director may not need it. While some people have the ability to lead naturally and spontaneously. Strong leadership requires skills, greater effort, sustained exercise, and hard work. Emotional maturity and self-awareness are one of the hardest skills that a leader master. Knowing when to cry to inspire people or show no emotion when needed is not an easy task for any leader. Leaders of the future must be able to sharpen their emotion in ways that fit the need of the organization. A great example of an emotional intelligent leader is Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook. His serious face in the work place, the smile during interview and company gathering, and the cheering when he got his first child made his very attractive and successful leader. Problem-solving skills and resolve differences is the third needed skill of the agile leader. The skill comes from his ability to understand human behavior and follow things and define their roles and promote solidarity among them. A good leader might be able to solve an issue, but a great leader anticipates issues and try to find ways to solve it.
