I recently took an assessment of character strengths via the
Pennsylvania Test Center. The qualities that I showed the most strength with are characterized as Humor and playfulness, Kindness and generosity,
Fairness, equality and justice, capacity to love and be loved, and forgiveness and mercy. I agree with these qualities completely. My management style is a very different kind of leadership. I develop very personal relationships with my employees. My turnover in the past for my store location, is not only company low but industry low. I recently switched companies and had 4 employees follow me to be able to continue working under my leadership. I was very humbled by this and extremely excited in the same regard.
