Marriage - Every girl in the time period is constantly looking for a husband and to be married to live a stable life. Likewise every man who is in good possession is looking for a wife.

Darcy and Jane and Mr. Bingley. The social class each character resides in is a main component to whether or not it is “socially acceptable” to associate with. Throughout the entire novel, the struggle for some of the characters to strip down their pride and prejudice in order to show their feelings comes into play with the relationships that develop. Other characters influence the way some of the upper class react to certain situations, such as Lady Catherine and the start of Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth’s relationship. Having all the Bennet sisters trying to find a husband creates this social dynamic of catastrophe that Mrs. Bennet portrays with the craziness of all the girls. Trying to figure out if love or pride will win in the end of the internal struggle within the characters. Through love, social class, pride, and prejudice a love story showcases how total opposites can come
