Cole’s anger has troubled him and also the people around him, physically and mentally. Anger was a huge problem for Cole Matthews it would somehow find a way to ruin his life. Throughout the book, Touching Spirit Bear, Cole was faced with difficult problems but he didn’t know how to react to it in a positive manner so he kept going back to anger to solve the solution. His unchecked anger affected him by getting himself in trouble with the law, getting hurt physically and losing the trust of others.
