After reading the online blog Getting Hired. 5 tips to Being the Candidate of Choice, the list having a vision would consider to be one of my strength. With having a vision, a candidate knows exactly what they believe in when it comes to education. They can be well versed in practices such as homework guidelines, grading practices, technology, personalizations and blended learning speaks to the vision they posses for teaching in learning. As a teacher, you can never be at faulted for having a vision! I created a vision statement for myself. Here it is:
I teach to guide and transform students to be better educated. I teach to students’ ways to discover their learning abilities. I teach because to me, it is joyful and rewarding. I teach students
