PER REPORTER: Belinda no longer wants to care for Steven she is ready to turn her rights over to DHS. According to Angela Steven’s mother is no longer in the picture. It is unknown where she is, and why she is no longer in Steven’s life. Steven wants to live with his father, but he is back in prison for the incident that took place at Belinda’s home. Belinda told Angela that she can no longer care for the child due to her old age. Angela state that no one wants Steven there due to and incident that took place this summer. According to Angela Steven’s father got out of prison, and he got into a fight with Belinda that day. He showed up to the home and he hit Belinda.
