Battle Dress Part Three

1.Coming to A&M and joining the Corp has earned me my own square on the family quilt. My family is very motivated when it comes to us going to college and making a name for yourself no matter what it takes. I feel I have a lot in life that I have to prove. I have to prove to my family and myself that this is the path that I want to take in life, and I will succeeded at anything I put my mind too.

2. I have never been left without a job because I am a female. I have always spoken up for myself and took leadership responsibilities when in groups . However, I have seen situations like Gabrielle’s and Andi’s, with other girls when my outfit went to the leadership reaction course.

3. The reference made in Battle Dress is good correlation to the statements made by my upperclassman in my outfit. In example of this is; even though I am a N-1 Knight, all fish are required to say N-1 fish. This shows that you may be members of the squad, but it doesn’t mean you are apart of the team.

So, the way I battle with it is being involved in organizations like the Corp of Cadets, that makes interact with new people and take command and responsibilities of others that I may not be comfortable with
