Chapter Office Goals

The qualities that I possess that qualify me for a chapter office are I am hardworking and committed. I spend my time appropriately and don’t stop until the job is done correctly. Something I have stayed committed to this year is my SAE. I maintain our chapter website (www.dewittcentralffa.com) I work hard to ensure it is updated at all times, and that everything is available and running smoothly. Goals are important, they help me remain motivated to achieve any task. A goal that I have made is to become a chapter officer. Making realistic goals is something I try to keep in mind, so I remain completely honest with myself and others. I continue to be organized and know it is essential to stay on top of all my work. I believe we should have people who are one hundred percent committed to their position and are very passionate about what they do. They need to be willing to do whatever it takes, not giving up when things get hard. Being dedicated to the chapter, while making sacrifices to fulfil their duties. With a strong focus the whole group can work together to achieve anything. To accomplish this goal, I would not only carry out my office position, but form good relationships with my fellow officers. Devolving great communication skills with everyone would help us to remain honest and fair with each other. They were leaders and speakers. Two things I strive to be. I would like to make greater decisions for our chapter and get work done accurately. I want to lead our chapter to success and personal growth. Understanding the huge responsibilities that come with an officer, I believe I am ready to push myself to the next level of my FFA career. Staying very involved in FFA and being assigned an office position would be a great experience that will take me to where I need to be.
