According to Leontiades(1979) , increasingly more writers have paid attention to the detailed procedures of business / IT strategy in the business regulation curriculum such as professional course for M.B.A and BA curriculum. Furthermore, Eddy (2012) proposes that ,fulfilling the customer satisfaction would be regarded as charity if there is no operating profits. However, the greater profits without transferring customer value is more insecure. Hence , in this followed procedures, business needs a great amount of techniques from arranging to implementation processes. Eddy(2012) also presents that concept of ICT(Information and Communications Technology) and this application can make business firm not only promote the management and operation of each business activity including logistic ,marketing and sales scrutinizing , but also enhance the activities such as HR management and procurement. However, in start contrast , the ICT manipulation also cause a risk to the business firms . They discovers a series of serious problems that should be focused in both of practical and theoretical views. Coltman, Tallon, Sharma and Queiroz(2015)claims that IT has consistently been compliant business strategy. Thus, he indicates that misalignment is usually charged upon the impoverished or misleading IT investment .If the IT alignment of business strategy is rectified to show both process of IT support for business strategy and the process to which IT is promoted in creating current and anticipated business strategy, it might be predicted to identify examples of misalignment that are resulted from the under-appreciation of IT power.According to Bharadwai, Sawy,A,EI, Pavlou,A and Venkatraman,N(2013), information-driven openness will consistently alter the method that ability is derived by senior leaders, and that leaders requires to comprehend this new openness. Moreover, they must get the well-rounded perspective of the way that uses the new operation instrumentation brought by IT world. In the mean time, they strongly argue that business/ IT strategy will be leaded by value construction instead of business firms.
