Leading the people of God in the field of ministry and in the body of Christ can sometimes become an extremely difficult task. Thus each Christian leader must play our part in the history of theology of community and the Christian communities. Each worship leader and congregate has a character to portray in God's theology of community and ministry. As a spiritual leader and counselor it is my duty to help execute and carry out those roles by preaching and teaching others about God's spoken Word in the Bible. Maxwell says, Those who think they lead, and has no followers, only has the support of themselves. As a spiritual leader it is my duty to enlighten and inspire the impoverished and LGBT, the true communion with the sacred. For pastors, ministry leaders, and bishops Maxwell's concept of leadership is essential, elusive, and with the literature from the biblical scriptures are the very core of the theological foundation. From an analytical and rational level, leadership appears simple nevertheless, it takes a strong individual to become a leader, to gain supportive followers of Christ.
