EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This analysis was very interesting and not what I expected. I found out that the first and second judge of the Domestic Relations Court were very consistent in terms of probability of appeal and probability of reversal. The third and fourth judges ranked the same all the way across the board. All of the judges had many cases but overall I think that the Common Pleas Court is the court that makes the most mistakes. I think this because they basically had the same amount of cases as the other courts did but had many more appeals.

i. INTRODUCTION
Hamilton County judges try thousands of cases each year. Some of the cases are appealed and of those cases, some are reversed. There are 182,908 cases handled by 38 judges in
The ones that are doing well will continue to do well. The ones who are struggling and making more mistakes need to be further looked at and evaluated so they don’t continue to make errors. In Table 3, I noticed that while looking at all three ranks of each probability, most are in the same ballpark. The ranks are only off by a few numbers. On the other some are off by double-digit numbers, and I think that means that those judges are more inconsistent. For example, the first set of numbers and the last show that the first rank was 1 but the probability of reversal and probability of reversal given appeal were higher numbers. At the same time, that may make the most sense because if a judge has a lot of appeals, they could have not that many reversals. In Table 1, all of the different probabilities were much higher compared to probabilities of Table 2 and Table 3. It makes sense because those judges had many more appeals and reversals. All of the judges had many cases but overall I think that the Common Pleas Court is the court that makes the most mistakes. I think this because they basically had the same amount of cases as the other courts did but had many more appeals.

iii. Conclusion

I have learned that the Common Pleas Court is the least reliable court, and the judges are inconsistent. I think that the Domestic Relations Court is most reliable. I know they don’t have many judges but the judges that ranked high are good at what they do. The

summarizes price elasticities and cross elasticities for use in public transit planning. It describes how elasticities are used, and summarizes previous research on transit elasticities. Commonly used transit elasticity values are largely based on studies of short- and medium-run impacts performed decades ago when real incomes where lower and a larger portion of the population was transit dependent. As a result, they tend to be lower than appropriate to model long-run impacts. Analysis based on these…
