Chapter 2 Compare And Contrast Depression Part 1

The two chapters that I would like to compare and contrast are Depression part one and two. Out of all the chapters I can relate to these two the most. I can relate to depressing more when I am at school. I feel that I am a big failure and nothing can go right. For example, last week there were no test coming up, but I worried that I was going to fail all five courses. In depression part one and two she motivates herself. For example she says to herself “If you don’t stop being sad right now, I’m going to turn on the garbage disposal and listen to the sound it makes until you cooperate.” (Pg. 102) This reminds me off myself because I always lock myself in the restroom and motivate myself to do better.
