In chapter 17, “Health Promotion and Exercise”, health defined as the ability to do the daily living activities even with presence of diseases and disabilities if it well controlled. Many health problems for elders can prevented or delayed based on the healthy lifestyle they lived. Individual can promoted his health socially, mentally and immunologically to transcend the elders health issues. Early treatment and modification of lifestyle are the main factors to enhance health for elders. The three measures to prevent diseases and disabilities are primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. The first two compendium of dental check-up, immunization, recommended screening, and periodic assessments but the third measure focusing in enhancing quality
