This whole chapter was very interesting. I was kind of saddened in a way to read about so many ways to self destruct. I believe that in this part of the world (the west) we have low standards about how to love our selves, how to love our bodies and to treat our bodies like a temple. In our text book on page 301 there is a table (10-3) that shows the risks and consequences of drug misuse. Regardless of the type of drug that is being abused and or misused there are plenty of consequences and damage to the body. The list will show how misusing drugs can affect you in so many different ways. For example the list consists of the following; potential intoxication, addiction potential, risk of organ damage or death, risk of sever social or economic
