According to our data, the larger that the slope was, the faster the acceleration of the object was. Although, this was not the same for the 30° angle and the 40° angle. This may have occurred due to an error in recording the data or a bad ticker timer being used.
2. What forces are acting on the object while it is sliding down the slope?
When the object is sliding down the slope the gravity component is the force which pulls the object down. This force also results in the object accelerating.
3. Explain how the forces change as the angle of the slope
