Change Resolution

Change. It can be both good and bad. During the new year people tend to make new year's resolutions and try to accomplish them. Most fall short and end up forgetting all about their resolutions. But with a little hard work and effort you can accomplish anything. Even if you don't have time in your day, at least take five minutes to do something. That is what I am going to do. Not for other people but for myself.
Get all classwork done. One of my resolutions is to get all my classwork done, and not at the last minute. I want to work very hard and challenge myself to the limit. I want to to so much work that I get extra. I want to learn things not to memorize but to actually learn and have them in my brain for future reference. Getting all classwork done makes me feel very good about myself and to know that i'm done with everything. I feel like I have accomplished at least something

Even though I get plenty of exercise during the day I would like the get even more. In my extra time besides homework, when i'm not doing anything I would like to get some muscle building in. Although, it may take a while to get a routine going i'm going to work extra hard. Research shows that it takes a person 21 days to develop a routine. Even just a small jog each day will help get you strong and healthy muscles, or just a few squats. Though exercise goes into something else, and that's eating healthy to also help get strong muscles and to keep moving throughout the day.
Eating healthy has many different parts. Eating well can help build a strong immune system, build healthy muscles and even just make you feel so much better throughout the day. Chips, crackers and empty carbs are my worst enemy, just because I love them so much. But they don't fill you up with any protein or good energy to power you through the day. My resolution is to ditch the unhealthy foods, although not completely because we have to be realistic. I will limit myself to one or two unhealthy things a
