The main aspect is impacts of compensation change and turnover on telecommunication industry of U.S. It is noted that taking into consideration of this industry; there are two main aspects that must be analyzed, which is involuntary and voluntary aspect of turnover. Hence, voluntary turnover includes reasons that why an employee left the job. Reason could be lack of interest in job, low commission, low salary, good offer from competitor. Considering all these aspects, retail telecommunication has to deal with yearly compensation plan change in order to retain their valued employees. This study would be beneficial for all the companies who are involved in telecommunication sector and the employees or workforce who work in this
