Change In George Orwell's 'Animal Farm'

The quote is saying that the animals are looking at the pigs and the men and seeing the same thing. The pigs have taken over more throughout the book and took control over the farm. It started off that they were all equal and slowly all the commandments changed. At the end they started dressing like humans and walked on two legs. They always said in the book two legs was bad. The pigs had more rights than the rest of the animals. The quote is saying that the animals looked at the pigs and the men and saw the same thing and that's how much the rules have changed.
