Physical change is inevitable. However, it is odd to imagine myself in late adulthood, like at the age of sixty, when I am still in my prime, young adult years. Although, I am 28 years old going on 29 and I have already begun to see physical shifts transpire. Small lines on my forehead and a significant amount of grey hair are two examples. Remarkably, the majority of physical changes in adulthood begin to shift at age 30. For instance, Bjorklund (2015) explains that individuals in the 30-year-old bracket actually begin experiencing hearing loss, specifically related to hearing higher tones, not to mention loss of taste.
