Introduction:
Everyone in the automobile industry have been advising people to change 4 winter tires at once rather than changing the first 2 and then the rest 2. This simply does not work out and have been known to cause several difficulties and accidents, especially during the winter time. During the winter season, the roads get slippery and there is a greater risk for the person driving the car to skid and get into an accident. Installing different tires for the winter would help a great deal in getting the grip while driving.

Changing all 4 tires at the same time would give a proper level to the tires and a better grip for them when they move on the road. Wear and tear in all the 4 tires would be the same and thus will maintain a level of uniformity between all the 4. The wear and tear of the rubber also influences the performance of the winter tires.
Why is not advisable to change only 2 tires?
Changing only two tires at once has many disadvantages that need to be kept in mind if you plan to do it. Some of the common problems are,
• The car loses its balance if two tires on the front are level and the other two on the rear are not
