Though, Chandra Akella is a working professional, he is passionate to put the required extra efforts to be successful at college. He is committed, to implement a well defined plan for the effective utilization of his time. Moreover, he is also open for self evaluation, and be flexible to adapt his plan accordingly. Notwithstanding his busy workday schedule, a robust plan combined with strong passion and commitment should lead him to success.

The first component of his plan is to distribute the utilization of his regular workday time diligently, between the three major components of his routine professional, college and personal. Being a working professional, while meeting his college expectations, he should not only be successful in his studies, but also should make sure he is equally successful in meeting all his professional commitments, without exceptions. In this context, it is worth to note Elizabeth Grace Saunders explanation regarding the importance of optimal utilization of time, in her article in Harvard Business Review "The overall goal is to minimize the time spent on optimize activities so that you can maximize your time spent on investment activities. I’ve found that this technique allows you to overcome perfectionist tendencies and invest in more of what actually matters so you can increase your effectiveness personally and
