Chandler was given custody to his father, after he was removed from his mother’s care. The father passed away at the beginning of the month. Prior to the death of the father, the maternal grandparents stated they would care for him. They are caring for an adult who is paralyzed from the neck down, and it may be a lot of responsibility on them. The maternal grandparents took Chandler to the paternal grandmother (Arlene) who is frail and may not be able to care for him. Chandler has a serious anger problem, and he is out of control. Chandler does want he wants, and refuses to attend school. Chandler made a statement that no one can tell him what to do because his dad is now dead; the father was able to calm him down.
