By offering all of these job opportunities, the U.S Chamber of commerce encourages and motivates many people to achieve and obtain higher levels of education.

Regardless of whether or not a non-conservative is a part of the committee, they would be largely outnumbered which prevents them from gaining support when they try to voice their opinions and viewpoints.
