When people travel to America what is the reason for it, to live a better life, attain money, become something better than how they were etc. The common reason people travel is the ideal aspect for the American dream. In 1931 James Truslow Adams refer the American dream as “life should be better and richer and fuller with opportunity for each accordingly to ability or achievement". In old times that was their dream, leaving home to travel to a new land for an opportunity. Today the meaning of The American Dream has changed for people why they are in the USA. A parent today faced with problems where kids are growing up happy not knowing the struggle what they faced. Sometimes leaving was the best option, being trapped not knowing what the future had in store for them. Laws that forbid them the use of things like transportation, water, living quarters. Everything change when The American dream came to be giving them hope to bring a new change in life. With that in mind, the question was planning their trip to America. Will they face problems that they will need to overcome? Many people wonder if the change in a new country is worth it. As we walk around the city today we see new stuff being made, events happening all around us, seeing different culture at fairs, parks, and meetings. We all know that happy smile they express to us was not always there. They faced things that they needed to work on to improve their wellbeing. Working from the bottom to up in jobs. Some may have had to adjust their lifestyle by learning a new language, new money currency, time zone etc. In New Land by David Ortega he refers "to live on in life is to think ahead rather than getting stuck in a hole otherwise the hole will get deeper". He gives off a view that once we aim for something we must do everything we can to make it to the end so that we do not regret the choice we make. Is it possible to achieve something like that the answer is yes? Culture now have changed
