Todays, the healthcare industries is rapidly growing because this industries are important for every country to helps people become more healthy and to care for the sick people. Every industry have their own challenges that they have to face it. Either they can handle it or not the challenge that are the risk for them to manage it. Besides that, this challenges will happen because of the environment that are always changes. The healthcare industry have to considers about today’s environment, people and so on to make sure they are always ready to face the next challenge that they have to through it in the future.

According to Singh and Munjal (2012), hospitality firms in India have to face the challenge in terms of technology solutions because their organization had a problem with their workers that not have a motivation to adopt IT based on innovations. Besides that, the IT is a limited for the customer service and supply network partners which is the stakeholders that including customers. So, the hospitality firms in India must find the solution to improve their technology and to decrease the challenges that they had to face in the future.
In healthcare industry, they have to provide the best decisions before doing something to avoid the negative things can happen in their industries. Satyanarayana P. and Lonnie D. (2009) said that to handle the challenge in hospitality firm the strategic decisions must be effective because it helps the hospitality firms to survive it.
