According to Singh and Munjal (2012), hospitality firms in India have to face the challenge in terms of technology solutions because their organization had a problem with their workers that not have a motivation to adopt IT based on innovations. Besides that, the IT is a limited for the customer service and supply network partners which is the stakeholders that including customers.
