For example, he promoted a manager to become a deputy director of a government department so he welcomed him at his office to congratulate him for his new role. However, he told him that he has watching him for four years and he knows everything about him and his leadership style so his promotions was based on actual results. In fact, he called one of his “mystery shoppers” who started to express how this employee works in details. The new promoted employee was amazed by the level of details that Mohammad Bin Rashed dive into to promote his employees. Furthermore, he has a unique way of selecting people to projects.
