1. The intro was pretty basic and vanilla, but the statistics were well researched and the amount of “ums” and “likes” were significantly increased. Visuals were minimal and non-disruptive. Kayli did a good job of presenting overall. Min really just read the cards.
2. My group met my expectations in the areas of source integration, teamwork delivery and visual aids. It’s hard to tell without a video, but we seemed to be greatly improved as far as public speaking is concerned. Also, my group did a good job to work as a team, other than Min, to create a product greater than what we would have done each individually. Fernanda and I complimented each other well when it came to facilitating the conclusion.
3. My group did not meet my expectations in the areas of flow, note reading, and overall communication in the group. The presentation was not as well rehearsed as it should have been. My group’s main blunder was just a lack of communication not only between Min and the group, but also between the presenters and the facilitators.

Without a video to watch and analyze, it is difficult to say exactly how my performance turned out. Going off of the fact that the conclusion I facilitated could not create a consensus, it might seem that I did quite poorly. I think there are things I could have done better, but I also think that my ability to have a conversation with the audience instead of having a pre-rehearsed speech led me to improve greatly in my presentation skills and overall effectiveness.
