Company Description Chago’s Salmon & Co. is a commercial fishing company, located in the South American country of Chile. This company operates within Chile, which is considered along with Norway one of the major producers of salmon worldwide (Berge, 2017). Focusing on the commercialization of salmon, due to the growth and high demand this industry has experienced through the years, Chago’s Salmon & Co. deals with the three main species of salmon found in Chile. Atlantic Salmon or “Salar” is harvested all year round and primarily export to United States, Brazil and some countries of the European Union, most of it presented as frozen fillets. As the field experiences an increase in demand and overall the fishing industry offers at a certain aspect the same products, being able to differentiate ourselves from our competitors, give value and develop trust, are the main strategies and objectives for Chago’s Salmon & Co, which can lead to a huge success in a cluster industry (Kagean & Green, 2018).
