The first few pages of the book caught my attention as it opened with the story of criminals caught in a high speed chase with the cops and a police officer who claimed not to see another atrocity occur right in front of him. The first scenario soon merged into the topic of intentional blindness and by that time I was already hooked and enjoying the book. The authors did an amazing job of revealing the illusions of knowledge, memory and perception that we miss every day.
