Writer observed through his study that it was the charisma of the leadership HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (P.B.U.H) that people loves him first and then obey him. The effectiveness of leadership of HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (P.B.U.H) can be determined through face to face and direct interaction with their followers.
