In some cases, patient shown remarkable progress in the functional outcomes after stroke but within 1 to 3 year have another episodes of stroke on same body functional involvement. For instance, I used to provide treatment to 76 year old male patient with stroke, patient's medical history shown, first episode of stroke at age of 74 and recovered, modified independent in all functional activates but within 2 year have 2 another episodes of CVA (total 3 episodes), and patient's have required moderate assist in basic functional activities such as transfer and ambulation after last episode.
