EXCECTUIVE SUMMARY:
In this assignment we are going to discuss about one of the most evident organizational structures called Centralization & Decentralization. From which we have two scenarios to talk about, In the first scenario I should consider myself a top-level manager of an organization and talk about the scenario of changing the organizational structures from centralization to decentralization, in which we have to show the Pros &Cons of the decision making. The reasons for which I decided to change the organization to decentralization follows:
• As now the company is in successful pace both by organizational and profits, and have decided to increase the plants in many places, if this happens there has to be too many managers, workers, different departments working under same authority organisation which is going to harder to keep the company in successful pace.
• If we divide the power of authority to certain level to the low-level workers within their departments, it will be easy for the production to go on without stopping, and also to maintain the same results.
• And in the centralization, most of the decision are taken by high authority, by which the ideas of low level workers which are really useful to company profit are not heard at all, if the decentralisation is taken into action, the low-level workers will have their freedom of innovations and development in their consecutive

• And there may be also mistakes done as they are new to powers they are not trained to manage their powers and possibilities of conflict between departments or person may also happen leading to no co-ordination or uniformity in working together for the company.
SCENARIO 2:
In this scenario, I’m the chief executive of the Royal Enfield Motors Pvt.Ltd, in which decentralized structure in organisation was followed, as the top-level management, I have decided to change the organization to centralised one for the following reasons:
• Bringing the company product issues from the worker to the highest authority consumes lot of time, in centralization whatever issues found in the company reaches the top-level authority, so the low-level workers are working under more consciousness.
• And in centralization the rules and methods for the production are authorized by the top-level management and then go to other workers, so all workers are working towards the same goal without any
