An example of this is when someone robbed a bank and the police that arrested the person had to ask higher up people and it eventually landed up to the prime minister and he called his wife. The first impact is the way that the children are brought up. In Third World countries, children are brought up not to challenge their parents or anyone with authority. In First World countries, children are told to question things around them which will challenge their authority figures. This difference is shown when children in Third World countries move to other countries in order to get better educational opportunities. For example, the example given in class when the student counted his exam and was supposed to receive 19 out of 25 but it was marked down as 18 out of 25 instead. When this was brought up to the professor, the professor questioned why the student did not bring it to him right away. The reason for the student not bringing this up was due to him being taught not to challenge the authority
