The communist philosophy has had many advantages and disadvantages but there are a few that have made a tremendous impact. The advantages of a communist state is that everyone can receive health care and unemployment rates dramatically decrease. Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz, also known as Fidel Castro, is a Cuban politician who ruled the Republic of Cuba as a Prime Minister from 1959 to 1976 and then as a President from 1976 to 2008.
