Everyone falls into at least one culture, where they are from, their family. Mankind is completely defined by culture. It makes you who you are or who you were. Central Oregon is a small area with a tight community. As a whole, we fall into a certain culture together. Central Oregon's culture is most defined by, weather and the outdoors.
The weather in Bend, and Redmond Oregon area changed everyday. It could be 65 degrees in December. One day there will be a huge snow storm next it will all melt away and the sun will shine. The towns around Central Oregon are prepared for all kinds of weather for all kinds of weather. It brings the town together when the kids go and dig out all the cars and houses after a snowstorm.
