Our physicians focus on primary care, general health assessments and consultation for complex medical issues. We believe in a patient-centered approach to healthcare, collaborating with patients, families and specialists.
If you have a cough, flu, pain or other illness, our staff is here to treat you. Before going to the emergency department please call Marcia Gullatte, Social worker-Case Manager at (256) 533-6311 ext. 2376 between the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM and I will help you determine if this is a situation that can be treated at Central North Alabama Health Services or in the emergency department. If you have an urgent medical need after 5 PM Monday – Friday or on the weekend, please call us at (256) 533-6311. A provider is on-call after regular office hours and will return your call promptly. In the event of a life threatening medical emergency, dial 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT!! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. and they will contact us.

If you feel like you need to be seen you do not need an appointment. You can come in as a walk in and our nurses will triage you and determine if they can treat you in the clinic or if it would be better for you to go to the emergency department.
If you are finding it difficult to come to the clinic for any other reason please contact I and we can work together on finding a solution to the issue whether it is time, transportation and any other reason. We look forward to serving
