he company I’m looking at is Centegra Health Systems. Centegra is known for physician care and immediate care for patients. According to Centegra there mission is to inspire and engage in our community in their health and wellness ,and there vision is to be a community leader for a better life . Centegra’s cooperate office is located in 385 Millennium Drive Crystal Lake, IL 60012 . Center offers many services for example they do cardiac surgery , Pulmonary Rehabilitation , cardiac care , Cardiovascular Patient Care and many more. Centegra is a nonprofit hospital .Centegra earns $8,363,000 from charity care then $40,211,000 from government Indigent Health Care and then 4,613,000 from Community Benefits .

When I interviewed Andrea Garcia she told many great things about centegra .Andrea is a Certified nursing aide at centegra. Everyday when she works she does a patient assessment .She also takes a patient’s vitals and she makes the patient feel safe in their room.
She said some advantages about centegra is the work flexibility , she can work 12 hours for 3 days and be off 4 days .She also get some college reimbursement back .She dislikes that somethings she feels overworked and not appreciated enough for the work the does .She also says her job isn’t easy sometimes she works with confused patients which causes her more anxiety am feels really stressed at times
To be a nurses assistant 60% a high school degree /GED or 25% requires secondary certificate or 8% requires some college no degree.
