Have cellular telephones had a positive influence on modern society? This generation of kids and adults all over the world are constantly on their phones checking them at every single second of the day 24 hours a day. Cell phones got people addicted to social media as well. This distracts them from doing things like work, homework things that are actually important. So no I don’t think cell phones have created a positive influence in modern society.
Appeal-People have become less social threw out the years even when they are around friends and family.
Counter- Not necessarily, apps on your phones are created to able to allow you to talk to others in many other languages by translating it to be able to talk to one another
